Hydraulic Filters

Hydraulic filters keep the fluid clean, protecting pumps, valves and cylinders from wear and preventing costly breakdowns.

Our hydraulic filters offer high dirt-holding capacity and low pressure drop, even at varying temperatures, extending the service life of both the oil and the machine. Off-line filter units can also be added to existing systems.

• Suction filters — fitted on the pump suction line or inside the tank for coarse cleaning
• Pressure filters — installed after the pump to protect sensitive components
• Return filters — low-pressure filters on the return line that capture contamination before the fluid reaches the tank

Stainless Steel Filters

Stainless steel filters and housings are used to filter process liquids in the food, beverage and chemical industries. They are washable and reusable, so they last for years.

We supply bag filter housings, basket strainers and mesh filters.

Dust Collector Filters

Dust collector cartridges for high-temperature, humid or fine-dust applications.

Available as nanofiber cartridges, paint booth filters and silo vent filters.

Blower Filters

Blowers move large volumes of air at low pressure, and their inlet filters protect the impeller and also act as silencers.

Blower filters can be made from synthetic fibre, woven fabric, cellulose, polyester-glass fibre or felt, depending on temperature and humidity. We recommend checking and cleaning the inlet filter weekly and replacing it every 1,000 operating hours.

Air Dryer Filters

Compressed-air line and dryer filters in every micron grade, separator type and end-cap design.

Polyester and micro-glass media are selected for the protection level your compressed-air equipment needs.

Separator Filters

Centrifugal separators remove particles heavier than water. Water enters tangentially, the particles are thrown to the walls and settle in a collection chamber, and the clean water leaves through the centre.

Air-oil separator elements for compressors are also available with micro-glass media and AISI 304, AISI 316 or galvanised housings.

Filter Bags

Dust collector and liquid filter bags made of polyester, Nomex (aramid), polyimide (P84), PPS (Ryton), polypropylene, acrylic, anti-static polyester and ePTFE-membrane needle felt, with filtration down to 1 micron.

Bags are supplied with snap-band, ring-flange or disc bottoms, together with single- or two-piece support cages for pulse-jet and flat-bag systems.

• Acrylic — cement, quicklime, gypsum and sand handling in acidic, humid conditions
• Nomex (aramid) — high temperatures, lime, alkalis and asphalt plants
• Polyimide (P84) — very high temperatures in cement and steel plants
• PPS (Ryton) — quicklime dust and acidic flue gas
• Polyester / synthetic — general industry, rubber and tyre plants

Cartridge Filters

Liquid filter cartridges in 5", 10", 20", 40" and custom lengths, with AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel construction in the micron rating you need.

Oil & Fuel Filters

The filter decides how long both the oil and the machine last. A filter that does not match the quality of the oil shortens its life and can damage the engine.

We supply oil and fuel filters in all sizes, from high-pressure designs to elements that retain particles down to 1 micron. Leak-tight construction is essential, because fuel is flammable.

Standard 5-micron filters for wire EDM machines, compatible with all common machine types.
