Laminar Flow Units

Laminar flow units deliver a uniform, low-turbulence downflow of HEPA-filtered air over the operating table, protecting both the patient and the surgical team. They are essential equipment in operating theatres and other hygienic areas.

Units are made from stainless steel sheet in sizes and capacities to suit the project.

• AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel construction
• Designed in line with DIN 1946-4
• Low-energy LED lighting
• Pressure test ports to monitor filter differential pressure
• Laminariser for even air distribution across the whole face
• H13 / H14 HEPA filters in MDF or galvanised frames
• Filter seats for gel-seal or EPDM-gasket HEPA filters
• Test grooves for filter leak testing

HEPA Filter Boxes

HEPA filter boxes (terminal housings) hold the final HEPA filter at the ceiling and make sure no air bypasses it. They are used in cleanrooms, hospitals, electronics assembly and beverage filling plants.

Low-profile, high-profile, side-entry and top-entry versions are available to suit the project.

• Fully sealed TIG-welded construction
• Powder-coated steel, AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel
• Swirl or perforated diffuser face
• With or without volume control damper
• Optional LED indicator for filter clogging
• Fits both gel-seal and gasket HEPA filters

Fan Filter Units

Fan filter units (FFUs) combine a fan and a HEPA filter in one ceiling module. They recirculate cleanroom air and continuously remove particles.

Units are made from stainless steel or powder-coated steel, with room-side or ceiling-side filter replacement. The fan section is optimised for high efficiency and low energy use.
